White Chocolate Oreo Fudge

Whether chocolate is made from the actual cacao bean or the cacao butter, we think it is all delicious.  That is why our current obsession is white chocolate fudge.  And it is so easy to make from home, you’ll find yourself preferring to do dessert in instead of out!

What You’ll Need:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
Directions:
  1. Line an 8×8 pan with aluminium foil. Spray foil with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix butter, sour cream, salt, and sugar in saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter and sugar are melted.
  3. Continue to stir until mixture boils. Once it boils, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and add white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Stir quickly until chips are melted, and chips and cream are melted into mixture. Add vanilla.
  5. Pour fudge into 8×8 pan and let sit at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours. Store in an airtight container at room temperature to preserve for up to one week.
Tip:  When you add the chips and marshmallow cream, add any other additional ingredients you may want. The white chocolate provides a great base to add a variety of options, including pistachios, walnuts, peanut butter, and our personal favorite, Oreo.

Enjoy!
