Something that will satisfy even the sweetest of sweet teeth…
Ingredients: (Makes 12 servings)
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup maple sugar or sweetener of choice (eg. stevia, agave nectar)
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips **
- 1/4 cup soy, rice, or almond milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, almonds, or peanuts
- **semi-sweet chocolate chips are just as good if you’re not “fussy”
- line 1 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners
- melt peanut butter, cracker crumbs, and sweetener on stovetop
- add 2 tablespoons of mixture to each muffin cup
- combine/melt the chocolate and milk in another pan on stovetop
- spoon the chocolate mixture over each peanut butter cup
- top with chopped nuts
- place in refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours
