For vanilla cupcake recipe: – (Makes 12)
You will need:
- 125g butter.
- 150g castor sugar.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
- 2 eggs.
- 200g cake flour.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 125ml milk
How to:
Cream the butter and sugar together
Add the vanilla and mix well
Add the eggs one at a time
Add the flour, baking powder and milk to the mixture and beat well
Divide the mixture into 12 cupcakes
Bake at 160 for 20 minutes
We then iced them with pink cream cheese icing, added some marshmallows for the snout, choc chips for the piggy eyes and Mentos for the ears. The end.
