Ingredients
Shortbread:
- 85g Stork Bake
- 175g flour
- 60g sugar
- 120g Stork Bake
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 85g sugar
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- Albany chocolate
Rub Stork Bake into the flour, add the sugar and mix to a shortbread consistency and press into a greased pan.
Bake at 300ºF / 150ºC for 30 minutes.
Topping:Melt Stork Bake with golden syrup, sugar and condensed milk. Simmer for 7 minutes. Pour over the shortbread. When cool, melt Albany chocolate and spread over the top. Keep in the fridge.
