Preparation time: 15 minutes or less
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large microwave safe bowl, mix sugar, oil and cocoa and stir. Heat in microwave for 45
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until glossy and mix comes together.
- Add flour and mix in.
- Place in a small, lined slice tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
You can add half cup of coconut if liked.
