Easy Mealie & Beer Bread Recipe....

You only use one and a half cans of beer, 
there will surely be someone to enjoy the remaining half!

You will need:
  • A small saucepan, so 16 - 18 cm in diameter.
  • 500 g (890 ml) flour
  • 5 ml salt
  • 250 ml grated pecorino cheese
  • 1 can (340 g) corn kernels, drained
  • 1 ½ cans (340 ml per can) beer
How to:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. 
Mix flour, salt, cheese and corn kernels in a large bowl. 
Add beer and mix well. 
Spoon into a greased pan in the oven, or a loaf of about 18 cm. 
Bake for 1 hour or until done. Test with a thin pin to make sure it's cooked in the middle.
