Millionaires Shortbread

This divine recipe will be used over and over again in your household - enjoy it!

  • 85g Stork Bake
  • 175g flour
  • 60g sugar
Topping Ingredients:
  • 120g Stork Bake
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 85g sugar
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • Albany chocolate
How to:
Rub Stork Bake into the flour, add the sugar and mix to a shortbread consistency and press into a greased pan.
Bake at 300ºF / 150ºC for 30 minutes.

Melt Stork Bake with golden syrup, sugar and condensed milk. Simmer for 7 minutes. Pour over the shortbread. When cool, melt Albany chocolate and spread over the top. Keep in the fridge.
