Crust:
Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (~1.5 sleeves)
 - 1/3 cup sugar
 - 1/4 cup mashed banana (1/2 banana)
 - 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
 
- Blend graham crackers, sugar, butter, and banana in food processor
 - Spread crust in a pie pan and let sit in the freezer for about 30min (preheat oven to 350)
 - Bake crust in oven for ~15 min until it begins to brown and let cool
 - Spread about 1/2 a jar of nutella on the bottom and sides of the crust and set in refrigerator until custard is ready
 
- 3 cups whole milk
 - 8 large egg yolks
 - 2/3 cup sugar
 - 1/3 cup cornstarch
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
 - 1 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
- Combine all ingredients (except milk and vanilla) in a bowl, and whisk
 - Heat milk and vanilla on medium heat until hot but not boiling
 - Add 1 cup of hot milk to egg yolk mixture and whisk
 - Add egg mixture back to the hot milk and bring the mixture just up to a bubble- it will thicken to a pudding consistency
 - Remove from heat and let cool
 - When cool, alternate the custard with layers of sliced bananas.
 - Chill and serve
